Anthony Crumm, CEO

Anthony is the Owner and CEO of Elemental Roofing, which was established in 2025. Anthony has over 20+ years of roofing experience, specializing in Multi-Family/HOA and Commercial work.

Following his roofing apprenticeship, working at his family-owned company in his younger years, Anthony found his niche in the managerial and estimating aspect of the business. In 2016 Anthony became the Vice President of the Roofing Division and helped increased revenue substantially. During his time as V.P., Anthony showed his appreciation and dedication to the industry while continuing to expand his knowledge and technical skills.

In 2020 Anthony temporarily stepped away from his roofing career and decided to pursue additional goals and interests. After successfully managing finance and investment portfolios, Anthony re-connected with Hilario Bastida, an acquaintance that he met during his roofing career. Upon their re-connection in 2022, Hilario and Anthony decided to start California Valley Roofing, Inc. However in early 2024, due to the unfortunate passing of a friend and business partner in Hilario, CVR had to close its doors.

About one year later, Anthony decided to obtain his own C-39 roofing license and begin a new chapter with Elemental Roofing, dedicating his love and passion for the roofing industry. Anthony’s passionate leadership qualities, attention to detail, customer service, and strong communication skills, allow him to seamlessly create a company that is dedicated to "Shielding Your Properties From The Elements".
